Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will have the deposit (if any) converted into a gift card for future use (non-refundable in cash).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
